Netherlands in April

I know Netherlands is overcrowded inApril due to tulip season. But looking at the area based out of Zwolle. Will crowds affect that region. Thank you

There will be a lot less crowds in that area.
It is a lovely, under visited area, at least by foreign tourists, with the exception of Giethoorn of course which, though not as busy as pre pandemic is still firmly on the tourist radar.

Not in the slightest and you're well placed to see ginormous bulb fields in Noord Oost Polder, which is just north of Zwolle. Zwolle is exceedingly nice in its own right and you'll have access to the beautiful Hanseatic cities on the IJssel river. Deventer! Zutphen!
