netflix in Germany?

Has anyone accessed their Netflix Instant Queue in Germany via a netbook or iPad? Can it be done? Or does that only work in the U.S.?

Netflix will only let you watch streamed content when you are in the US.

It's possible to work around the U.S restriction - not that I'm advocating you do anything illegal. But there are expats in Europe who can get streamed content.

This is very slow and annoying, hardly ever works but stalls every few seconds. Nope, doesn't work. I'm using T-Online, the biggest provider.

If someone can recommend fast and inexpensive proxies or a tunnel, please post.
