'Net access in London?

I've heard from someone just back from London that a new chain called "The Internet Store" has opened a facility right across from Victoria Station that charges only one pound per hour for using their computers to check e-mail, etc. Since the cybercafes and Declare Computer Studios I usually use when I visit London charge as much as 6 pounds an hour, this is great news. Can anyone give me more information about "The Internet Store"--like a website, or whether they plan to open other outlets? Many thanks.

I've never been to the store but you can't miss it just ouside Victoria Station, it has a bright orange facia. Its an enterprise from the same folk who run Easyjet.
