Neighborhood Paris Restaurants?
hi: any suggestion for neighborhood restaurants in and around the 6th and 14th? it would great to discover some out of the way places that are not concerned if they have *** and just serve traditional food. any ideas?

There is an excellent thread that I can recommend. Its entitled "Paris 14th arr." Another one that may be helpful is entitled "Cafe du Dome in Paris on Blvd Montparnasse".<BR><BR>With a text search using the word "Dome", both threads currently come up fairly high on the list.<BR><BR>Bon Appetit!

hey paula: thanks for the thread lead: 14th arr. very helpful. we are going to be in paris in early october staying at the hotel raspail at vavin corners (blvd. montparnasse and raspail) and the replys to that query are very helpful. thanks again.

J- Check out the organic market on Sunday on Raspail. We picked up great stuff for a Sunday picnic. Also at one end (near Lucetia) there is a stand that makes the best potato-cheese-onion pancakes on a griddle-to die for!!! Wish I was going too!

Les Olivades may or may not be open/the same. It has been sold by its owner/chef and she has opened Flora--maybe in the 1st?
