Needing advice on travel to London and Ireland

This is my first time on this site so please forgive me if I do this incorrectly. My husband and I will be flying in to Cork from London and will have 3 nights in the Cork/Kerry region in mid-May. We have one night booked already in Tralee but would love some recommendations for a Bed and Breakfast (possibly hotel) in Killarney and one in Cork as well.

Also, if there are any must things to see or do, please give your opinion.

Even though this will be our fourth trip to England I'm sure there are many wonderful places that we have missed.

Any help would be terrific. Many thanks from a fellow traveler.

You don;t say how long you will be in England - just a few days n Ireland. If you let us know how much time you have in England and whatyou have/haven;t seen people can make recos.

We will be in the London area for 10 days, staying with our daughter who lives in Weybridge.

We have seen most all the big attractions in the London area, castles, Tower of London, Windsor Castle, St. Pauls, etc. Last year we ventured into the surrounding areas and saw Stonehenge, Bath, Winchester Cathedral, Blenheim Palace, etc. So I guess what I'm looking for in England is something off the beaten track, so to speak.

Just time for a quick comment right now, will try to come back w/ more later . . .

You say your time in Ireland is mid-May. But you don't say when you'll be in Weybridge. Will you be there either the first or last weekend in May? Those are Bank Holiday weekends and some areas will be VERY crowded and best avoided. So What are your actual dates in England. Also, the Chelsea Flower Show is May 25-29 if that interests you.

Here's a website which details some off-the-beaten-track places to visit in the London area:

Here's my personal favorite B&B in Killarney. It's NOT walking distance from town, but it IS close-in and the views are to die for!

If you are staying two nights, try to book one of the upstairs rooms in the carraige House.
