Need Venice Hotel!
 

We just realized that we had a couple of days to finish our trip in Venice. But we leave for Italy in 1 week and need to book 1 night in Venice. I am clueless since I haven't done any research on that city. There will be 6 of us traveling, so we would like something not to expensive...Any ideas?

in 1 week ! Quick, it's late but probably not too late. Search on a site such as venere.com for availabilty/price and see what you will come up with. As long as hotel is on the Venice island proper, you will be fine (or you can not be too picky this late?).

Snico-at this late date, it doesn't do for people to give you their favorites; what you have to do now is go on the hotel search engines and look for AVAILABILITY; to that end, venere.com or veniceby.com, with instant confirmation of availability is what you want-you may have to stay outside the historical center of Venice in the Lido or Mestre however.
