Need Positano villa rental suggestions

Looking at possibly renting a villa in Positano in September (as alternate plans for my trip). Can anyone suggest some villas? Hoping to not spend more than 300 Euros per night -- need to sleep 5 people, preferably close to the beach or at least more easily accessible.

Hi

Maybe this one - http://www.sleepingpositano.com/V-G%...g/frameset.htm. I love the beach but the Amalfi views are magnificent and worth the "hassle" of getting to the beach. Their website states there is a shuttle bus nearby. Accommodation for 5 people in Positano in high season isn't cheap so this place looks like a great deal! This one too is different - http://www.vacationrentals.com/vacat...tals/2956.html

Good luck

We have a suite at Villa Rosa. 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and one with twin beds and I think they mentioned they would put in a cot if necessary. The cost is 260 euros. There are supposed to be 2 suites in this villa. We are going Sept. 23-30 so one suite is occupied for that time. I don't know how close to the beach though. Look at pictures on Trip Advisor.

Micheline,
We are staying in that EXACT room at the Villa Rosa our first three nights in Positano (Sept. 6,7&8). The pictures of Villa Rosa look so beautiful, don't they?

We just got back from renting this villa in Positano http://www.summerinitaly.com/eng/ren...84!italy_.html and it was fabulous. The rental agency and owner could not be more helpful. It is a 10 minute walk down the steps to the beach and then we took the bus back to the villa.

AmyKw- Apparently there are 2 suites at Villa Rosa and we don't know which one we are in. I wrote and asked but they always reply that we are booked for that time and what the cost will be. I'm sure they are both great but someone wrote that the one on the third floor has a bigger balcony. I'm sure they are both great and yes the pictures look wonderful. I can't stop looking at them.
