Paris Perfect may have something and from time to time, if they aren't sold out you can get a discount. They are great to work with and have an office in the 7th where you can drop your bags if you get in early in the AM and your apartment isn't ready.

While not in your specific areas, do know the 3 apartments rented by Blue Marble in the 2nd and they will all work well for a couple, perhaps 3 or 4 (if 2 are kids). They are in the 2nd, but it is a nice neighborhood, lots of shops and cafes, 2 metro stops close by and the apartment prices are really good.

I must preface this by saying I have not stayed with Vacation in Paris because the two times we tried to book our preferred apartment with them it was already booked 6 months ahead. They are highly recommended by friends. However since you are open to several neighborhoods and they have a number of apartments you might have some luck.

DH and I are staying in a Paris Perfect apartment this fall. Both Vacation in Paris and Paris Perfect have toll free numbers to call from the U.S. Phoning might give you the quickest info on availability.

Depending on your dates -- we stayed here for 8 days in April and loved the apartment, the location and the owner, Sylvain, was great to work with:
