Need Hotel in Rouen

Does anyone know of a hotel or B&B in Rouen ,not over 90 euros. Just need one night. Would like a central location ,having an elevator or not have to climb too may steps up to the room floor. Do you know anything about breakfast & parking? We'll have a car & I would think it's difficult to find a parking spot in the central area.
Help!

I stayed last April at the Hotel Cardinal directly across from the Cathedral. It was 360 Francs or $49 at that time, breakfast not included. Don't know what that is in euros. Excellent restaurant next door, Restaurant Paul. Hotel was recommended in Rick Steves book and it was good. I didn't have a car but I can say that parking is very tight in the central area. Very narrow medieval streets, that's why it is so popular with tourists. Great city for walking.

I just booked Dipper(best western chain),for 62 euro per night, right across train station.

Does the Cardinal have parking facilities? Anyone have information on the Hotel Tulip Inn. I think this must be a chain hotel & may be more money but perhaps not too much more.Another choice is Hotel des Carmes on 'place des Carnes'but I can't seem to locate the area.
A few weeks ago someone posted a great site for Rouen either here or on another message board but I can't seem to find that address anywhere. Does anyone recall seeing it?

I think that was me, at least I did post one. Here it is: http://www.gaf.tm.fr/fr/france/hotel...time/rouen.php

The hotel Carmes is in an excellent location, not very far from a public parking area where you should be able to leave your car. It's almost centrally located in the middle of all the great cathedrals. If you drew a circle around the four centrally located cathedrals and the Musee' de Beaux Arts, Carmes would be almost in the center of the circle. I don't know about the Tulip. The Carmes is also very reasonably priced. As for a Rouen web site, I would think you could find a link by going to the www.france-tourism.com site.

Christina: Yes , many thanks . I just couldn't find it!

Wayne: and thanks to you also. I found a very little bit of info on Christina's site re. the Carmes Hotel. Now I'm concerned because it's so cheap. The web site she gave just had the phone # etc & general prices . the web site you suggested is not up & running yet. So do you or ANYONE ELSE have any info on the Carmes? The one site listes it as a *. Should I be concerned?
