Hotels near Athens airport
I have a short overnight layover in Athens in June and am having trouble finding a clean, inexpensive hotel that will be easy to get to and from the airport as my departure is early in the morning. The Sofitel and Holiday Inn are too expensive and too restrictive regarding placing a rollaway bed or having more than two adults in a room. Any recommendations?

If you have trouble connecting with the first Hotel their website is just perishotel http://www.perishotelapt.gr/

Peris hotel (Peri's) is great. Very close to the airport, 10 min drive. Clean and quiet. They pick up and drop of at the airport, no additional charge. I've been in and out of there 3 times in the last month

Raymondchateau, I wonder if you have a connection with Peris Hotel? You seem to have joined Fodor's just to recommend Peris, and replied on two threads — one nearly six years old, and this one where the OP travelled last June.
