Need help with itinerary
 

Hello everyone,
I am planning a trip to Scandinavia and Balitics in the month of Aug and was hoping to get some inputs from the travel gurus here.I have put together a rough itinerary and am open to suggestion to revise the itinerary based on input here.

No trains Oslo-Helsinki so fly. Just about trains - great sources of insight - www.bahn.com/en (schedules for all European trains in an easy to use site); www.seat61.com; BETS-European Rail Experts and www.ricksteves.com.

I'd try to hit Stockholm too rather than fly over it. And the boat ride Stockholm-Turku/Helsinki is awesome - overnight - great scenery seen till late at night with long days - suggest consider doing that. Then you could take train Oslo-Stockholm too. If you did all that a ScanRail Pass would be a good deal - see sites above for info on that.
