This is not usually the place to come for tour group ideas as mostly you will find travelers here who do their own planning.
Why is it you want a tour and what do you want from them? Are you looking for cost savings or guaranteed luxury? Are you looking for more historical and educational tours of sites, or more fun. Do you want a lot of time on your own, or everything planned? And here's the biggie -- for how long and how much do you want to spend?

I agree with the previous poster. Most of the posters here are independant travellers. A tour will keep you in motion if that is your preferred method of travel. In order for us to give advice, it will help to know more about your trip, how long, interests, etc.

Tour groups will give you "bang for the buck" and price is always a factor.

But unless the tour is designed for "honeymooners", I believe that you will lose a lot of the "romance time" that newlyweds deserve. You probably want the option to linger over a candlelit dinner, or sleeping in after a late night on the town.

Planning your own trip isn't as difficult as you might think, although you must manage your budget. Airline Tix and Hotel reservations are a snap on-line. Intercity transportation is also very convenient in Italy.

If you do choose an organized tour company, I would definitely talk to people who have gone on that exact same tour, to ensure the trip details match your expectations.
