Need help with deposit requirements.
 

I am confused about an email I received regarding the payment/deposit requirements for the place I am ready to book. Does anyone understand the following?

deposit: you can send me number of credit card or by fax or by e-mail. Tel. 0039 (0)xxxxxxxx - i take the 30% + tax 1,40% (bankamericard e carta si - visa mastercard) + 3% american express and diners
Payment: by cash when you arrive in Cerreto - free tax
Payment. by credit card + tax 1,40% (bankamericard e carta si - visa mastercard) + 3% american express and diners

If you do, I would really appreciate some clarity. Thanks.

If you pay by CC, the landlord wants you to pay the CC card fees, 1.4% for Visa/MC and 3% for Amex.

If you pay in cash, no addtl fee.

Meawhile you need to send a credit card number for the deposit. It will be charged to the card with the 1.4% or 3% surcharge.

At departure you can pay with cash or credit card.
