Need Help with Central Europe Itinerary
I'd like to visit three cities/countries. We are going to Romania to see the country and Prague to see the city. We can either go to Krakow for 3 days or Budapest for 3 days. Based on what each city/surrounding area has to offer, which one would you recommend? I've seen the benefits of each one, but would be interested in learning which one would best complement Prague and Romania? As always, thank you for your help.

It all depends on what you like to see/do both cities are great. Krakow is wonderful and I think may be a great choice because it has is small yet has great things to see and do. Budapest is great also but is a big city so it will depend on your mood. I am off to Budapest this trip and plan to go to Krakow next time.

Have you looked at this current thread on Krakow here on Fodor's that I started in preparation for our trip to that city this May?

Though we will be visiting other great cities as well, the thread I've linked just really makes me excited about seeing Krakow.
