need help to pick a Paris hotel

Planning a trip to Paris in early November. I narrowed down my search to 3 hotels, Hotel des Saints Peres, Hotel Lenox (7th) and Hotel Central St. Germain. Did anyone stay in any of these hotels?? Need help!

If cost is not the critical deciding factor, I would choose the hotel in the St. Germain area.

Haven't stayed at these but could offer some comments:
Lenox St Germain - good metro connections, close to the Seine, popular area for other quality hotels, cafés, shopping; easy walk to d'Orsay, Louvre, St Sulpice
des Saints Peres - similar comments as to Lenox; I believe a regular poster on Fodors stays here
Central St Germain - I think this area is more congested than the above - hotel is across from Jardin de Luxembourg which is very nice, near Musée Cluny, walkable to Notre Dame.

Sounds like it's a fine toss-up and any of them would do. Tripadvisor comments are nearly all favorable. I'd probably prefer the first two, for the local amenities. What's the best price?

THANKS FOR THE INPUTS. THE BEST PRICE IS CENTRAL ST. GERMAIN, BUT I ALSO THOUGHT THE FIRST 2 WOULD BE BETTER. STS PERES AND LENOX ARE THE SAME PRICE, 150EUROS

Yes, I would also choose either the Sts. Peres or the Lenox St. Germain. BTW, the Lenox has a small bar inside the hotel-seems to be a popular place with locals I read.
Central St. Germain is like a budget type hotel doesn't seem appealing as the other two choices in my opinion. Don't like the location as much too.
