Yes, it will be peak tourist season so advance reservations seem wise.

Get a good guidebook and a map or maps, read about these places, and map out where what you want to see is. That's your itinerary. Fly into Athens, fly out of Nice or Paris (or vice-versa)

That said, the major attractions given the time you have:

Greece--a couple of days max in Athens, a cruise through some of the Islands, and possibly a trip to Delphi, Olympia, Corinth.

Italy: Rome, Florence, Venice and some day trips or one-nite stops.

Southern France (all you'd realistically have time for) means French Riviera and Provence. You might be able to squeeze two or three days for Paris.

Probably doable if you stick to southern France, but enjoyable? It's going to be hot in that part of the world at that time of year. And you're going to lose a lot of your trip in moving from one place to another.

I would say- GREECE 7 DAYS/ ITALY- 10 DAYS/ FRANCE 11 DAYS

GREECE- 7 DAYS
Fly into Athens- n directly Santorini- 3 N
Athens- 4 N- 2 days Local + 1 day Delphi + 1 napflion, Epidaurus, Mycenae
ITALY- 10 DAYS
Fly to Rome- 3 days
Florence, Pisa- 2 Days
Milan Venice- 3 days
Portofino and Italian riviera- 2 days

FRANCE- 11 DAYS
Drive to Nice- French riviera- 4 days
Luberon 3 days
Fly from Nice to Paris- 4 Nights
Fly back.

It's doable. You will see the best of all.
There is a lot in all these places in less touristy places or between the 2 dots. But you can visit again to see those.
I have done faster and crazier trips than those with a lot of overnight Eurail journeys to save time. Have now changed to 1 or 2 countries in 1 month. It is more rewarding. But it is better when you evolve with age and time and experience.

Best make a priority list of places to visit. Fly/train for major cities, possible car rental[s] for the countryside, realizing that cross-border drop-of fees can be high.
