Need help faxing to France!
 

I am trying to fax the Hotel de Roubaix my reservation information, however, it won't go through! I have tried every combination I can think of, and only one works but keeps getting a busy signal. The guy at the hotel said that the fax was not busy... I'm dialing 011 33 1 42 etc. (I took out the first 0 just like you are supposed to do when you call) any suggestions??

That's correct what you are doing. If the fax # is correct I'm not sure what is the problem. Does the hotel not have email?

Hi, they do have email. Their website gives an email address-you should use that to send your info.

I'd just keep trying, maybe at some off-peak hours or middle of the night. I have often had problems FAXing stuff to hotels in foreign countries, lots of phone line problems and busy FAX numbers, etc. Sometimes hotels have problems with their FAX machine and they don't know it.

Thanks!! I found their website and filled out the reservation form, AND emailed them, AND called them - so hopefully with all that we won't get to Paris without reservations :)
