Need advice on restaurant pick
Message: Hello All,
I am heading to Rome next week and am looking for a great restaurant to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday. I was going to book at Dal Bolognese. But I am reading so many different postings about great restaurants tha I do not know if this is the best one..I would like to stay in the spanish steps area. Does Dal Bolognese sound good? Or can anyone recommend another restaurant. Thanks! |

we ate at the Dal Bolognese some years back and enjoyed it very much. |

There are two dining rooms in Dal Bolognese. One is for smokers, and the other is not. Be sure to specify your preference. Rome is still a "smokers" paradise.

Dal Bolognese is great - just ate there in April. I think my favorite restaurant during my entire stay in Italy was Nino's in Rome - Via Borgognona. This is right by the Spanish Steps, where you can watch the sun set before enojoying a delicious dinner here :0)
