Need a map site to plan our route/Spain/Portugal

I have been trying to find a reference in one of the postings for Spain or Portugal which gave an internet map site. I don't remember much about the post, except that the woman who needed the information said that she would now become "best friends " with that site. So if anyone knows what it is, I'd appreciate getting the link.
Thanks.

try viamichelin.com to map routes throughout europe.

I use both www.viamichelin.com and www.repsol.com/es_en/ (Repsol is just for Spain/Portugal)

I find Via Michelin's driving directions easier to follow.

Map sites are nice, but nothing beats an old-fashioned paper map or atlas to get the detail that you won't get except in close-up zoom views from the internet. I'd suggest you always start with a good detailed paper map, then use the internet to supplement it.

Wayne's advice is right on target, kleroux.

I supplement my Michelin regional maps with the above sites for detailed driving directions from point to point and estimated driving times/distances.
But I can't live without my regional Michelin maps! They're my best friends.
