Good morning, Pat Have not stayed at
the HOTEL NAPOLEON, however here is what
information that was found.
The Hotel NAPOLEON, pza V. Emanuele, 105
is a four star hotel with 80 rooms, its
location is about 3 blocks southeast of
Santa Maria Maggiore down the Via Carlo
Alberto and the hotel is on the SW side
of the Pza V. Emanuele and about the
same distance from the Rome Termini
Station. There is supposed to be an
entrance to the Metropolitana in front
of the hotel. You can't go wrong with
the area during the day, other than
keeping your eyes open and be aware of
what is going on around you, however
would suggest using a taxi at night
both coming and going. I do not like
the area around the station, seems like
too many characters that come out at
night like any large city. We did stay
a number of years ago at a hotel southeast of this one, the President
and remember taking cabs at night. If
you want a couple of ristorante recomm-
endations, drop me an email and will
reply. Richard of Hickory Hills, Il...
