Just to update, we ended up paying 100 euro for the transfer from Naples to Amalfi, with Renato Cuomo.
For the day trip in a new van from Amalfi to Paestum, with stops at a mozzarella caseficio and ending up in Cetara for lunch, we paid 180 Euro:
