What is the world coming to, no naked hiking and fines of €700 for making love on the beach in Ibiza.

Oh, the things I learn on this forum. I live in Switzerland and this hasn't even hit our local newspapers yet.

Personally, I don't see naked hiking becoming a fad because of the tick problem we have.

The words stinging nettles, insects, thorns, sunburn come to mind.

Instead of outlawing naked hiking completely, the authorities should adopt the all-or-none rule; so no footwear allowed if they want to hike naked!

Well, you gotta admit, those are some nicely shaped buns and legs.

If everyone looks so toned, why outlaw?

It's when the flabby, unshapely ones want to show us their stuff that I get grossed out.

What is it about the Germans and nudity anyway? They just love stripping off their clothes. They think it is a capital offense to wear a bathing suit in a sauna or hot tub. Believe me, I have been "educated" on this.

Your dead right, we were in Madeira last sept , sat in the sauna minding our own business in our bathers and a group of 6 Germans came in all bollock naked.

I didn't have a problem with the attractive 24yr old woman, but the 70 yr old granny kept opening her legs and we all saw what she had for breakfast.

The blokes were very proud of their bodies, unfortunately the heat had a strange effect on their bits. Prunes and grapes spring to mind.

As for the hiking..where would they keep their Swiss army knife ??

Hiking butt naked is one thing.. and probably just a publicity stunt of those guys, but: wearing a bath suit in a sauna? How gross!

Europeans are quite proud of their bodies most of the time. During one spa visit, a naked male Italian was lamenting to my naked Swiss female friend how, as she could see, Italians mouths are larger than Italian "pieces." She didn't dare to look.

I love letting it all hang out. Literally. It makes us all so human.

I love hiking but I never know what to wear on the hiking trail. Additionally I have to do a lot more hand washing of clothes after a day of hiking and I hate that. I think this is a great solution to my problem, nekkid hiking--here I come!!

Oh wait a minute, I just thought of something. I would have to buy a lot more suntan lotion to cover the new territory. I do burn easily, especially in places that don't get much sun.

OK never mind.

Spas, yes. Hiking, no. I sat down on a rock with short shorts last year and got bit by a tick. I couldn't reach the tick myself so I went to the doctor.

Rather embarrassing really.
