The luggage alone is worth over $300 per pc. Thanks for asking. And my advise to all is, NEVER pack anything you can't afford to loose. And always insure the luggage. Even homeowners ins. has deductables. Airlines really don't give a @*&$ about trying to find your luggage. The stories I've been told the last two months would make your skin crawl. Did you know that employees at KLM have been caught cutting the name tags off of luggage when they didn't get it on the plane in time? A former employee told me that one. People have suggested to put extra name tags on and in your case. Mine had 3 outside and identification inside. All the tags in the world wont get your bags to thier final destination. One of our bags has our name engraved in it. A Northwest employee told me its not uncommon for employees in Amsterdam to steal luggage. Good luck in your travels.
