My Fodor's Gift Arrived.....
Has anyone else received their Fodor's gift for being one of the first 300 to register? Mine arrived today and, though it's very nice of them to do this, I had to LOL. It's the Fodor's Book "How To Pack."

That's what I got, too, and my first thought was....
It's a little late for that now, isn't it?
(But it's a nice thought, and maybe I'll pass it on to some of the first-time-to-Europe bunch who are joining me for P-farrwerfen.)

PJ, check the upper left hand corner of the screen. See the little abstract person flying in front of a globe? That's the Fodors logo. I think all the pins are the same. I got mine when the site offered them a while ago in response to travelers who asked to have some kind of Fodors ID. Have worn it proudly on a couple of trips, but so far no one stopped dead in his/her tracks in recognition!

At first I was jealous that I was not in the first 300.
Now I am not so sure.
Our fridge has so many 'souvenir' magnets on it already we need to buy a bigger fridge.
I wouldn't know where to put a Fodor's pin on my black on black 'Je suis avec l'idiot-->' t shirt.
