MXP (Milan) left luggage service - ever used?

I will be transiting MXP one weekend and don't need all my stuff for the weekend. I read somewhere that MXP has a left luggage service. Has anyone used it? Good? Bad?

I used it a couple of years ago. It works.

How would you characterise good vs bad? It's the same as anywhere else.

You say Buon Giorno, you hand over your stuff, you retrieve it, you pay, there's nothing to talk about.

You find the counter up on the level of the platforms, facing the access to platforms 6 and 7

Thanks. My good vs bad question was whether anyone had anything missing or damaged while in their possession. I will mostly be leaving only clothing, so probably not a big issue either way

DalaiLlama's post sounds like the Centrale train station. At Malpensa Airport, "Left Baggage and Wardrobe" is in Terminal 1. I would lock any luggage you leave.

Jean - very perceptive, you're right, I'm wrong.
geeper - please ignore mine, Fodors has no way for me to edit or delete my erroneous post.
