must sees between Venice and Nice
 

We (2 adults two children)are thinking of hiring a car and driving from Venice to Nice and probably from then to Paris (time permitting). We only have one week to do this part of our trip. Can anyone suggest some must sees along the way so I have some starting points for research. thanks.

I'm sure you'll get good replies on this, but I am planning the same itinerary this September. I'll bump my earlier thread on this topic to the top, I got some great suggestions.

Sorry, I spoke too soon! We are taking the train from Venice to Nice and picking up our car there. But there are still some good suggestions in my thread about places around Nice. Eze, St. Paul de Vence, etc.
