AFAIK, there's very little other than hiking and dining in the Cinque Terre.
A good guidebook or two should prove invaluable to you -- you'll learn things you might not even know to ask.

There was a great trip report on here from someone that spent a bit of time in Lucca but the search function didn't bring it up. Hiking in Cinque Terre and the best pesto. I have ever eaten.

Here's a starter article for Cinque Terre: https://www.apathtolunch.com/2018/02...vel-guide.html

I will be in that area in March home bases is Levantino- I plan on taking the train tour and doing some hiking-walking paths thru the cinque terra . Im also going to take day trips to Lucca and Pisa. I’ve been reading up on other pretty towns that are near and can be reached by train or bus- I’ll be in this area for 8 days. The key is how long it will take to travel, and what transportation will be used- plus cost.

Fruity drinks on the beach, exploring by foot, eating everything you see. Anything else and your not Cinque Terraing correctly.

Many of the hiking trails in the Cinque Terre have been closed for years (some almost for ten years now) because of a high risk of landslides. Here are the official trail maps.

Parco Nazionale delle Cinque Terre - Visita il Parco - Sentieri e outdoor

The blue ones are easy, the green ones for hikers, the orange ones for experts, and the black ones are closed. The trails that are closed are closer to sea level. For the others, you have to do some climbing. Keep checking the map, for the latest.
