I would do d'Orsay, first, and if there is a possibility, I would do the Louvre. D'Orsay is my most favorite museum in the world.

I had a wonderful time in Orsay too. Also Orangerie. And the Louvre. Saw what I really wanted to see in Louvre (and some others by accident!) and left before it killed me. Shall return someday.
