Munich to Lyon (10 nights) --- help needed with itinerary please

Jump to last reply

Flying into Munich in late May and home from Lyon ten nights later. Due to early flight, need to stay near Lyon Airport the last night, so that leaves nine nights to see some of Bavaria, a bit of Switzerland, and Burgundy--- all for the first time. Renting a car in Munich.

Our adult daughter who is disabled (walks slowly without assistance, but difficulty with unknown stairs and rocky terrain) will accompany us. In a hotel, she needs to be in an adjoining room (difficult to find) or a two-bedroom house, gite, apartment works well.

I really appreciate any and all advice. We are open to vacation rentals (without stairs) as well as fine hotels and resorts, but would like to stay under 400 Euros/night if possible.
