Yes budget is a big concern for sure - family of 4 - one month - converting our very weak South African Rand to European currency - we have to self cater all the time! For that reason we only booked Airbnb accommodation. Hotels would have been nice, but we can't afford to eat out every night. On the other hand it is actually great to buy food in the supermarkets - preparing the food... not so much. But it is nice to get a feel of how the locals shop and live. All part of the experience and wonderful memories.
