I was considering these towns. (been to all most them)

Amsterdam
Rotterdam
Luxembourgh City
Brussels
Haarlem - never been
Utrect - never been

Any housing advice would be helpful.
I found these sites for housing.
any other sites or resources would be appreciated

expatriates.com/classifieds

I can not find affordable apartments in Lux
Just the normal $150-200 a night jobs

For Haarlem the B&B Paula would probably suit your needs. Google "B&B Haarlem" to locate that one and a few others. Haarlem is a nice city.

I know a few people living in Amsterdam and it seems quite difficult to find reasonable housing there.

After visiting Brussels you would want to live there. PLEASE.Someone who has a choice about where to move to would pick these cities. I doubt it.
