Moulin Rouge...For men only?

We have been advised by a friend (mistakenly we hope) that the Moulin Rouge show in Paris is for men only. Is this true?

No, it's mainly for busloads of male AND female Japanese tourists.

You need to ask your friend what he or she means in general by shows 'for men only.' The term isn't very descriptive.

As for the Moulin Rouge, a better description would be that the show is for people who would be entertained by Vegas type revues. In addition, the showgirls' outfits seem to incorporate translucent/transparent body stockings, such that the women concerned appear to be topless.

I can't say whether anyone, male or female, would find this either erotic or curiously bland, but the audience certainly consists of both male and female patrons.

Was conned into going to this show many years ago - and it is a Las Vegas style review. From where we were sitiing the showgirls did not apper to be topless - they were topless - and often nearly bottomless as well. (But is this really any different from the beach??)

Can;t imagne why its a show only for men- as mentioned its was IMHO incredibly boring - for anyone. (Perhaps not appropos for a nun or a small child).

Of course not, it's just like Las Vegas -- both men and women go to those "revues" with topless women. Plenty of women go there as it's often tourist couples.

No, the Moulin Rouge is for couples. Having said that, ladies, be sure to bring a drooling bib for your husband. ((a)) ((b))
