has anyone been to the moulin rouge, is it a place for kids, is their a restraunt, it it interesting.

jenn,it might be a little simpler if you get together all of your questions and post just one thread ..re:balloon rides, etc.

I have never been to the Moulin Rouge, but my kids go all the time, and they find it interesting. Their is lots of food, but no restraint.

Jen - My understanding is that it's an adult show with a lot of nudity. Interesting, probably, but perhaps not what you have in mind for kids.<BR><BR>To X: I don't know which is better - I frequently wish that people would post their multiple questions in different posts. When a lot of topics are covered in one post, the original poster often finds that 1 or 2 of their questions get numerous answers, while most get no responses. Yes, there is a restaurant, one option is to buy both show and dinner, the other option show only. It's expensive, from 80 euro show only up to about 150 euro with dinner. You can find out details on times and pricing on their web site www.moulinrouge.fr. <BR><BR>Are you aware what it is? It's like a Las Vegas "revue" or show, show girls (not fully dressed), miscellaneous acts one used to call vaudeville, etc. They do perform the can-can for tradition's sake and I believe feathers play a prominent part. I wouldn't think it the best entertainment for children, but I think you get the idea what it is and it would depend on their age (I'm sure teenage boys would have a good time), they do allow children in aged 6+.<BR><BR>I think some others on here can tell you whether they think it is interesting or not; I'm sure you'll find both opinions so it's probably hard to tell if you will. If you like Las Vegas-style entertainment, I imagine you would.
