Motorway Services In France

Does anyone know if there is a website with a comprehensive list of motorway services and "aire's" in France. I have just printed off a route from the AA website from Calais to Loudun in the Vienne dept of Poitou Charentes. It takes in the following roads: A16, A28, N28, D18 E, A13, E402, N12, A28, A11, A85, D767, N147, N347. It lists the only services at A16 Aire de la Baie de Somme right at the begining of our journey.

I assume there must be some toilet facilities on the following routes but I have been on French roads in the past and driven for miles without a toilet in sight. No fun with 3 children in the back of the car. Does anyone else know this route? Can they reassure me that I will come across some facilities or direct me to any other information.

Thanks Buzzy

there's a thread here somewhere posted this week where underhill was asking the same thing. If she's on line, she may read this or type her name in the search and see if it comes up. I'll try also.

Hi buzzy,

You do not need to start new threads to ask the same question if your old one has dropped out of sight.

Just click on your name.

I don't know whay ira thinks that buzzy asked any question twice.

On another thread, "topped" by cigalechanta (she gotn the "wrong" one - - it was the empty version, the one that got asked twice and never got any answers) - - there is a reference to a thread started by "underhill" which has info you may find helpful, buzzy. That thread was http://www.fodors.com/forums/threads...p;tid=34516782

Best wishes,

Rex

Hi.
This is probably a couple of years late, but, you may want to check out http://www.ajdor.co.uk
It has fairly comprehensive lists of UK, France and Spain motorway services, and new info is added most days.
