Montmartre room with kitchenette

I'm interested in suggestions for a lodging (hotel or apartment) with a room for 2 adults and kitchen in the less busy areas of Montmartre under $300 a night for a week. The more residential the area the better. I look forward to your suggestions.

Not quite in Montmartre, but the Hôtel Rhin-et-Danube in the 19th has rooms with kitchenettes: https://www.tourisme93.com/document....TIDF0750001857

The last time I checked, they were well under 100 euros a night.

There are a couple residence hotels in that area, the Citadines and the Adagio. Both are in pretty good locations, actually, the Citadines is over near rue Caulaincourt. The Adagio used to be an independent residence hotel many years ago, and is closer to Sacre Coeur and all the tourists in that area. I'm sure any apt you find will have a kitchenette, though, but hotels with kitchenettes just aren't typically in a very residential area, just doesn't compute as they tend to be larger buildings (the aparthotel concept, anyway).

There is also a residence hotel near Chateau Rouge metro but I suspect you wouldn't want to stay there due to location (Villa Montmartre) but you never know

Prices vary by month, of course, so something that might be $200 in August won't be $200 in September/October during peak season. The Adagio is well wihtin that budget at times.
