We did a private tour of the Altesino Winery outside Montalcino. The daughter speaks very good English and she was very gracious. You pay only for the wine tasting which was 10 Euros per person. She left the 3 bottles on wine on the table and told us to help ourselves. The information links are as follows.

godin,
See http://www.consorziobrunellodimontal...r=0&did=25 and click on the detailer for contact information and map.

On the road from Montalcino to Sant'Antimo you can stop at La Crociona http://www.lacrociona.com/ and Frattoria dei Barbi http://www.fattoriadeibarbi.net/

Hi
We did a great wine tour to Montalcino with Rebecca of www.tuscan-wine-tours.com.
We went to two small wineries that had excellent organic Brunellos and we had lunch in an olive oil farm. I can really recommend it.
