Money. What does it look like
Anyone know a web site with photos of various world current currencies? Eyewitness Travel Guides have such information that we have found helpful prior to arrival. But there are so many other countries.
Thanks

Honey, I only know that it is green and flies out of my hands to fast to give you a better description!

Excerpted from a previous post:

Author: Rex ([email protected])
Date: 12/22/2001, 03:51 pm

Message: The wonderful web site of Ron Wise - - http://aes.iupui.edu/rwise/countries/Euro.html (this is the page specific to the euro) - - has scans of almost every currency imaginable, including fronts and backs of 5, 10, 20, 50, 100 and 200 euro notes.

Best wishes,

Rex

topping for M & J
Here is another site with great, full-color photos of foreign currency:
http://www.ease.com/~randyj/money1.htm#monindx

Thanks Rex and Carol. We now have those sites in our "favorites."
|
You're very welcome.
This thread is one example of something from the period Aug 22 to Sep 10m which is NOT retrievable with the search function (i.e., "not indexed") as of today, Sep 23, 2002.
|
So Rex - why post a post that includes the fact that you posted some information earlier - why not just post the link and be done with it?

You're so self promoting Rex.....
|
I guess you can label it self-promoting if you want. It seemed that it would be silly to try to conceal that it was me topping it. I topped it to be able to find it easily - - to refer to it in correspondence with fodors.com about the indexing problem.

And what is it about "self promoting" - - if that's what you want to call it - - that causes you to leave this anonymous barbed message? Why are you so attracted to skulking in the shadows?
