Do the train companies in Italy take American Express?

Is it easy to use your Debit Card at ATM's in Italy?

Hi J,

The train companyies take Amex.

However, I suggest that you bring along at least one Visa/MC.

It's also good to have 2 ATM cards, preferably on different accounts.
