Moderate place to eat with view of Eiffel
 
Will be in Paris next week. Any suggestions of a restaurant or cafe with a good view of the Eiffel that won't break the bank? thanks!

In terms of views, taking the metro to Trocadero, crossing street and walking between the Palais Chaillot buildings... fantastic place for first view of the Tower.

Concerning Michel_Paris' suggestion--Get there 15 minutes before sunset and wait for it to get gradually darker. You will need to dodge sellers of various kinds of souvenirs, but might should be able to sit on the steps or a nearby ledge/wall. The view at that time is especially spectacular. We make sure to do it once each trip.
