Milano-Venezia
Hello!
It's my first time here, on this forum. I'd like to know how can I go from Milan to Treviso and how much is the price for this trip. I'll arrive at Milan Malpensa at 11 pm (i think). Which are the trains to Treviso and how much it cost. Thanks! |
Trenitalia.com is the site for all Italian train times and costs.

Not quite in this case. Trains to Treviso from Milan go from Milan's Centrale station: most trains from Malpensa go to Milan's Cadorna, which then requires a metro or taxi to Centrale. And that's what the trenitalia site suggests you do. In practice it's almost always quicker to get a bus (http://www.sea-aeroportimilano.it/it...=come_arrivare) direct from Malpensa to Centrale, then get the train east. In almost all cases, you need to change at Verona or Venice Mestre. In your case, the earliest train from Milan is 0630, then almost hourly therafter. There are lots of hotels near the bus stop at Centrale, and you'll probabl;y find it easiest to overnight there, then get a train in the morning. |
Usually pick up the MXP bus/shuttle to Milano Centrale
7 euro hop frequent intercity trains from there from 5 euro per hour seat61.com do not book buy at station Treviso not pretty and not Venice pretty far away. Try to stay in Venice if that is where you want to visit. |

There are now regular trains (2 per hour) from Malpensa to Centrale (7€) that are faster than the bus (43-52 minutes depending on train), but not that late at night. |
Thx for your replies. Very useful things. I hope that my trip in Italy will be ok and also I hope that the airport or the tains station won't be my hotel :D
Thanks a lot! |
