Milano question?

So I’m counting down to my 3-week European vacation starting next week. For Milano, we will be staying at the ADI Hotel Poliziano Fiera located on Via Angelo Poliziano, 11, can anyone tell me how far away this is from Milan’s city center? Can we walk from the hotel to most attractions? Since we only have 2 days, we will probably spending those days exploring Milano.

Thanks.

Looks to be a bit of distance to e.g. Piazza Duomo, about 4 kilometres (?) from your hotel. I don't see subway stop near your hotel. Perhaps you should ask you hotel if there is a tramway nearby that you can take to get to the historical center of Milano.

Input that exact address on Google maps and hit enter

Thanks Dukey. I did that and while the map will be helpful, since I'm not familiar with the area, it's hard to know exactly where and/or what street, for example, the Duomo is located. I did emailed the hotel as Kappa suggested and will await their response.

From some reviews that I've read, it seems that the hotel's "location is a bit far off the beaten track" (was the only one that fell within our budget) and as another reviewer said "this pleasant city hotel lies in the heart of Milan just 200m from the Milan International Trade Fair. Cafés, bars and restaurants and sights such as the cathedral". Leave me a bit confused as to whether we can walk to most sites.
