Milan 1 Day Tour
 

We'll be visiting Milan on October 18,2007 for about 10 hours and would like to know what is the best way to get from the airport to the city center(downtown),because we are planning to take a city tour.We are a group of 5 .Is there a Metro linr from the Airport to the city???

Hello charliepr, which airport will you be arriving at, Malpensa or Linate?

Malpensa(MXP) is the airport.

You have two choices: Malpensa shuttle bus to the main train station or the Malpensa shuttle train to the Cadorna Nord station. Both transports take about an hour, but the bus is susceptible to traffic delays. There is Metro/subway service from both train stations to other parts of the city.

Where are you meeting up with the city tour?

Foro Bonaparte, 76 - corner Via Cusani (MM1 Cairoli - MM2 Lanza)

Foro Bonaparte is the main street in front of the Cadorna station. Therefore, take the Malpensa Express train.
