Mike's Bikes - Paris

I found an internet site featuring bike tours around Paris. Has anyone taken these tours? Are the tours appropriate for kids?

Any info would be greatly appreciated!

I used mikes bike tours in Munich, we had a great time. My 13yr old daughter was with us and she enjoyed it, although she was the youngest one in the group. I'm not sure about doing a bike tour in Paris though, traffic in Paris is really crazy! Cities like Munich or Amsterdam are much more bike friendly than Paris it would seem, but Mike's is a good company and it might be OK. Hopefully you'll get a better answere from someone who has used them in Paris.

Michele,
I just got back from Paris and saw Mike's Bike's tours several times. I've also had a friend take them. She really enjoyed the tour. They have a day time ride through Paris and an evening ride that includes a Bateau Mouche ride. Thr groups are about 25, they provide the bikes; every guide I saw, ( I saw 4), was an American in their 20's and enthusiastic; the groups ranged in age from about 12/13 to late forties w/ the majority being 20s/30s. Helmets and bikes provided and they clearly had a handle on managing the group through crowded Parisian streets.

We took the bike tour last spring. Fun ride with an informative tour guide. Would recommend the tour for families.
