The big FNAC stores (not the ones in train stations) usually have the full selection, as do most hypermarkets.

Also consider the 100 series maps for the Var (#114), Alpes Maritimes (#115) - both Cote d'Azur, and Provence (#113).

The IGN maps are also excellent but often harder to find than Michelin.
