Trying to figure out the link to European travel...do you have a recommended Mexican restaurant in Europe??

We had Mexican food in Ansbach, Germany. It was a Sunday afternoon and pretty much the only place open where you could get more than coffee and ice cream :) The food was perfectly fine, but didn't resemble any Mexican food that I have ever had - LOL. Kidney beans, pepperoncinis... Left me with a terrible craving for the real stuff. The day after we arrived home, the first thing we did was go out and get some tacos ;)

Coming from Dallas, that's the thing I try to eat as soon as I get home from any trip....good ol' Tex Mex.

Tried some Cabo Wabo (sp?), it was good, but not for sipping...

I wish we had stopped when we were driving in the middle of no where in Italy, we saw a hand painted sign that said "Mexican Food". I've often thought about what we'd find had we tried it.
