Meeting Spot for Breakfast in Paris?

For breakfast, I usually just grab coffee and a pastry from a local bakery and am on my way. But one Saturday I'm meeting up with a friend for breakfast so I'm looking for a place where we can linger and catch-up. I'm staying in the 6e and he's staying in the Marais. Can someone suggest a place in either neighborhood, or in between, where we can meet for breakfast around 9AM. Looking for a place that serves omelets/quiche, salads, pastries, etc. Not too expensive and preferably with outdoor seating or a nice view. Thanks!

Cafe Corona, corner of Ad. Coligny Blvd. & Quai du Louvre... the view is the Pont Neuf and the Louvre? Think that sounds nice? AND right down the street is another pastry/tea shop but a bit more frou-frou

should have added...I think its "splits the difference" from where each is

Cafe Corona is a nice place. I personally like Les Philosophes on rue Vieille du Temple (closer to him, but these are not great distances) or the Cafe des Phares just off place de la Bastille.

Thanks for the suggestions. I was able to view the menu for Les Philosophes online and it looks great. Are the menus for the other two suggested pretty similar?

Another suggestion is the Cafe Beaubourg, beside the Pompidou Center (it's on the left as you face the museum). I've been there twice, both times in winter, and the menu included omelets, quiche, etc. I liked the food and the restaurant is architecturally interesting.
