Meeting Point at Basilica Papale di Santa Maria Maggiore
 

Hello,
We arriving by train and looking to meet a group (already in Rome) at the Basilica Papale di Santa Maria Maggiore. Any suggestions for a meeting point from those who have been there, or are familiar with that area?

Google the church, so then front of it, cafe around it, the piazza in front, the lightpost in front, etc.

I'd wait inside. Unless they want to lean against the column out front.
