I need to wait about 2 hours for someone to arrive at Marco Polo airport in Venice adyer I arrive via the international terminal. It sounds like when arriving via the international terminal there is no access to the rest of the airport (ie shops) to waste time. Is this correct? Any meeting suggestions inside the international terminal would be great. Thanks!

There is a cafe right outside the arrivals area. You exit the baggage claim area and go right. You can't miss it - tell your friend to meet you there.
