MAXjet
Has anyone flown on MAXjet? The airline, which is all business class, is having a sale on flights to London and we are thinking of booking -- any feedback?
|
I saw that today too, and was wondering the same thing!

Check Silverjet to Luton - they have beds rather than seats

Our family is a HUGE fan of MaxJet! The price is very resonable for the superb service! The beds recline to 170 degree, the food was tasty; a portable tv-dvd player had about 2 dosen movies, different cartoons for the kids, games etc. We just booked a round trip London- New York for $1049 per person for August through a company Flyaway travel (on the web directly it is about $200 more). They also offer great breakfast in nearby hotel (Renessance I think) and use of their gym. For those who are checking in only in afternoon, it is great opportunity to eat and relax before going into the city. If you fly Continental or Virgin for the same dates it is around $1000, BUT Economy class. To sum up: we love it and use MaxJet for ALL our trips to London.

I'll take five of those - but I don't see a $1049 (or $1249) fare on flyawaytravel.com, and they don't answer their phone.
What are your dates? |
This company seems to be having lots of sales lately and they've scaled back some of their services.
Go for it while they last. |
Dukey - < this company > Do you mean flyaway or MaxJet?

I flew Maxjet last June (JFK to Stansted) and was thrilled with my experience. The value (services provided for the cost) was really great! I would fly them again for sure. I wrote up a short review about it last year. If you click on my name you should be able to find it.

To Robespierre:
Just fill out the form and the dates that you would like to travel and someone will get back to you. I personally dealt with Barbara and Heather. Do not bother with the phone; I don't know how their system works but everything was through email (except the CC number was given on the phone). |
