Matera accommodation help

Looking for help deciding on where to stay for 2 nights in Matera. We will be there late October. We would like to be in the Sassi, with an outdoor terrace for the views. Cave room or not - either is fine. We would like to stay under 250 Euros per night.
We are currently considering:
https://lacortedeipastori.com/ La Corte dei Pastori
https://www.fraisassiresidence.com/ Fra i sassi residence
https://www.palazzodegliabati.it/en/ Palazzo degli Abati

We are also open to other suggestions. Thanks in advance.

Outdoor private terrace in the room, or shared terrace with view in the hotel's public areas?

We stayed at Antico Convicino in Sassi Caveoso and were very happy with our cave room with outdoor seating (small table + 2 chairs).

We stayed here https://www.airbnb.com/slink/LkoSz9fv in 2022 and it was lovely.

we just returned from a wonderful trip to Puglia and Matera and stayed here for 3 nights:
https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/2662467...HNpVfCSH9cU%2F.
this was one of the best places we've ever stayed. there are three outdoor terraces, and comfortable spots to hang out inside as well. the host, Patrizia, was lovely -- we didn't meet her, but she communicated frequently with us to check in, see if there was anything we needed. it's in Sasso Barisana -- if you check the location for Locanda San Martino, the apartment is on one of the streets right above it, with easy access to via San Biaggio.

Not only is it lovely but it’s 4 minutes walk from Piazza Pascoli. In 2022 when we went in late May, it was an average of 36 degrees but inside it was much cooler and we didn’t need to even use the a/c system. It’s also very affordable. We’re budget travelers and can’t see paying more than €150 a night for a room or a house. All of our stays in Puglia were exceptional. Good luck and enjoy!

No, I’m another happy traveler and I’ve had this moniker in one form or another since 1996 but being that I wasn’t active on travel forums for several years and since lonely planet eliminated their travel forums, when I came here I saw that my old name was taken so I added to my name. Sorry to disappoint you but I too am a wealth of information. Mainly Italy, the Yucatán, and eastern USA.
